CLASSES

 

 Kenpo Karate classes are scheduled Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Bundori MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) classes are scheduled for Mon.Tues. Weds. Thurs. Sat.   For more info on Bundori MMA classes, see TEAM BUNDORI. Women's Kickboxing is a womens only class Tues. Thurs.

Dragon classes:   Mon and Weds.    5:30 - 6:20

Kenpo Classes:   Mon, Weds, Fri.    6:30 - 7:50

Women's Workout           Tues. Thurs.     8:00 - 9:00

Women's Self Defense Class:  Every other Sat.  11:00 - 12:00 noon

$5 if you show. This class goes over practical self defense for women.

Tai Chi:  Tues. and Thurs.  7:00 - 7:45am

$30 a month. Moving Meditation.

 

DRAGONS: These classes are specifically designed for children, ages 12 and under, where they will learn the basic tools of Kenpo Karate. They will also learn disipline, focus and concentration skills. A great class for kids.

Dragon classes are:

Mon 5:30 – 6:20           Weds 5:30 – 6:20          

 

KATA: This class will teach kata or forms. A group of set fighting movements that can be performed over and over by ones self for training purposes.  

 

SELF DEFENSE: In these classes students will learn and practicehow to defend themselves from grabs and strikes from an attacker. You will also learn balance, leverage, angles and counters. You will practice realistic techniques for street defense.

 

BASICS: This class trains in basic Kenpo techniques to sharpen the body and mind. It will start with a rigorous workout and continues with intense Kenpo drills.

 

SPARRING: Free Sparring is a great way to get a cardio workout. In this class you will learn and practice fighting techniques for point sparring in the ring. A real fun class!

 

Chi Kung: Chi is the energy of the human body. In Chi classes you will learn to focus the energy of the body and use it. You will practice physical exercises and meditations to learn to use your chi.

WEAPONS TRAINING: Practical uses of ancient weapons and katas.
